G'day All,

Do you feel like waxing lyrical? whilst at the same
time helping the great Birds Australia? how simply
send your entry to the "Bird Poetry" competition by
sending an email entry to:

We have many categories for different age groups as
can be seen on the birdpoet webpage at:

 http://gji.homestead.com/birdpoetry.html

Many thanks to Glen Ingram for the creation of this
fine web-page.

So why not give it a try? many beautiful prizes to be
won for virtually all age groups. T-shirts, a fifty
Australian dollar bird book, Computer CD's, Computer
bird photographs on zipped disks, Nest boxes, Bird
Feeding Trays, coloring books with coloring pencils,
the prize list is still growing .....

Come on, flex your brain,
Show me your wit,
Send in your entries,
To help a little tit.

If enough entries are received then we hope to
generate a book from the same and get the book
published/sold? with all profits raised to go to Birds
Australia and help with their latest land acquisition
program.

I enjoy like Russell Woodford of this list good
healthy
plaguerism and have no problem with it, I mean what's
a plague between friends eh? we have 14 entries
already since we opened the competition. It will stay
open permanently, with the best entries for each two
month's being judged as to who the prize winners are?

What do you have to lose? nothing but our feathers
have so much to gain.

John A. Gamblin
