Yellow-rumped Thornbills are regularly reported to build their nest attached to the base of an Australian Magpie nest. I've seen this myself and the details were sent to the RAOU Nest Record scheme. Since both spp are common the Nest Record Scheme probably has lots of detail for you to access.
