Hi Carol
There's a paper in the latest 'Emu', or maybe 'Austral Ecology' (aka
'Australian Journal of Ecology'), by John Pepper et al., about how
Glossies are selective of particular trees on Kangaroo Island. They
seem able to pick the most productive individual trees (Allocasuarina
verticillata). Sorry I can't remember which journal, but they both
arrived in my letterbox on the same day!! .... and they're not with me
here in the office.
Cheers -- Lawrie
