To all those concerned, Esther is now out of theatre and in recovery. 
I'll be seeing her in a couple of hours.

The family at Kudjekbinj found it hard to believe that so many white 
people cared enough to send messages.  They've asked me to pass on their 
heartfelt thanks.  I will answer you all individually when I've time.
