Hi all

The Science Show on Saturday was devoted to Lord Howe Island and the
reporter attempts to record the call of the Lord Howe Island Woodhen.

The Science Show is repeated on Radio National tonight (Monday) at 7:10 p.m.

"Summary:
Sat.19th at 12.10pm & Mon.21st Feb. at 7.10pm
This week on the Science Show - Lynne Malcolm visits the World Heritage
listed Lord Howe Island with a mission - to capture the sounds of the once
endangered local woodhen. On her way, she discovers an outstanding example
of an island ecosystem with a diverse and fascinating birdlife and unique
marine and botanical environments. And, the call of the woodhen is worth
waiting for!"
