The Feb 2000 issue of the National Library of Australia News has a
beautiful colour illustration of King Parrots from Mathews' Birds of
Australia' on its cover, and features an article by Dick Schodde: 'The
Mathews Collection and the Birds of Australia', which 'explains how
Mathews' library is now helping to resolve the chaos he [Mathews not
Schodde!] created during his career'.  It is online at:
