In regards to David McDonald's observation of White-headed Pigeons at Moruya,
NSW (reportedly the southern extremity of their range).  I have recently been
informed by a colleague who saw and photographed a few White-headed Pigeons at
Bermagui, a further 70 km south of Moruya.
