Hi all -

I am passing on a message from Dr Ian Norman of the Arthur Rylah Institute,
who is coordinating the 2000 NRE (Vic Nat. Resources & Environment Dept)
Summer Waterfowl Count throughout Victoria.

The count will be conducted between 26 Feb and 5 March.  Interested people
are invited to participate.  Phone contacts for the relevant Victorian
regional organisers are:
