I have followed this thread with much interest. I am not going to make any
comments (yet?) but thought I'd pass on this message I received today, which
seems to show that things may be changing for the better
(hopefully!?)
The head of the new Nature Based Tourism Department at SA Tourism has been
in touch with me regarding the visit to Gluepot of Hiroko Kobayashi who is based
in Queensland as the representative of the Japan Eco-Tourism Society. She is
presently touring around Australia gathering data for a book she is writing -
Australian Eco-Tourism Guide - for the Society.
Gluepot Reserve Management Committee members will be giving her a grand
tour of the place & surroundings showing her the benefits of Gluepot, and
its location close to Waikerie only 2 hrs from Adelaide we will almost
certainly be featured in the Guide.
Cheers
