Dear All, My wife and I are staying with family near Bendigo. We are interested in any advice on birding hotspots in central/western Victoria, field trips, club outings, or teaming up with like-minded birders for a day or more. We are also bird banders (ringers) looking for a chance to visit banding stations in Victoria. We are both experienced banders, and are especially keen to photograph Aussie birds in the hand. We'll be around until mid-Feb. We can reciprocate with an invitation to visit our banding sites in Northern California (USA). Thanks!
