So don't clean your windows ! Anyhow that's my excuse. Around here Silvereyes and Sacred Kingfishers seem to knock themselves out more than other any other species. Indeed a fair proportion (10%?) of the kingfishers I hear about have been stunned or killed. Windows are a major hazard for swift parrots and in Canada there's a group which encourages managers of tall CBD buildings not to clean their windows too much around the migration seasons. And don't take a bird indoors unless you have to !
