Not many weeks ago someone wrote up a visit to Carlisle State Park and the Emu-wrens there (among others). But it was deleted (not by me) before I could get a print-out. Could I please ask the author of this report to repeat it to me, as I have the chance to go there shortly? (I have tried all day to find the Birding-Aus Archives but no luck!) Any other birding comments on this area and the Otway region in general will be very gratefully received. I have never seen a Rufous Bristlebird - a serious and tragic gap which I hope to remedy. Would there be any hope of finding a Ground Parrot?
