Hi John,

Re- crimson rosellas feeding each other.

I've seen this cute event in my pairs of cockatiels and canaries at 
home, and also in Eastern Yellow Robins in the wild, usually just 
before the first egg is laid. I always assumed it was a way of the 
male partner proving his worthiness as a parent. It never struck me 
as very romantic behaviour though!
