 Here goes..... abbreviated version for you to fill in the normal bits....

First day.... a kookaburra in a gum tree
2nd day.... 2 snakes on skis
3rd day..... 3 wet galahs
4th day..... 4 lyrebirds
5th day....  5 kangeroos
6th day.... 6 sharks a-surfing
7th day.... 7 emus laying
8th day.... 8 dingos dancing
9th day.... 9 crocs a-snoozing
10th day... 10 wombats washing
11th day...  11 lizards leaping
12th day... Twelve possums playing

AND

a kookaburra in a gum tree......   DAH DA!!!
