This evening Bayside City Council voted, 8-1 I think, in favour of dog restrictions at Ricketts Point despite a substantial protest lobby. The next step - restricting people to allow the reefs to regenerate (and attract more birds) - could be tougher! Thanks to all who helped. Michael Norris Hampton, Vic.
