Hi folks
If you're not a BirdInfo user (Australian made natural history
database), you can probably tune out and delete about now.
Otherwise, I've just started an e-mail list called "birdinfo-users" on
the eGroups site on the web. It's free to run, but that does mean some
minimal, discreet advertising with each message. My idea is that it
will be a useful forum for all kinds of users from novices through to
super-users. It could also be a handy way to get some information about
the software prior to buying it. You'll be able to seek help, hints,
etc. - or offer the same! You can have individual e-mail or full text
digests come to your personal e-mail, or you can browse it on the web
site. The traffic will be rather light for a while - there's only me on
it at the moment!
You can join in 4 ways:
1. I can add you if you request it.
2. You can go to my web page at

in the little eGroups box.
3. You can go straight to the source
