Just thought this sighting might be worth sharing. While atlasing this morning we observed a Ground Parrot in reeds in saltmarsh at the east end of the island. This follows on from a Black-faced Monarch seen yesterday (in the same spot as one six weeks ago). While trying to flush the Ground Parrot we also found a Striated Fieldwren nest with three eggs, all in all a good morning!
