I ran over one on the way to Woy Woy railway station (Central Coast, NSW) this morning. They're getting too bold. This one started to fly away on seeing my car approaching, but changed its mind. Twice. The second time was too late. I hope the local small honeyeaters, of which there are very few there in built-up areas, are celebrating.
