POEM 1

The Barn and Pacific Swallows
laughing at gravity
dancing on the blue light-air
smiling through the centre-eye of my soul.

POEM 2

Deliver me to green and brown energy
with binoculars an extra limb
so I can be one
with the zenith within the baza's fire.

POEM 3

I am the gargle of garganey
I am the patter of pitta
I am the chime of bell miner
I am the dove within the hawk
I am the battleship within the frigatebird
I am the rock in the turnstone
I am the leopard in the catbird
I am the idiot in the drongo.
