Hello
This problems seem to be quite widespread!

Sent a mail to Lynx(two weeks ago) to complain and got my copy in 5 days!
The official explanation is as follows: The original delivery company had
gone brooke and the prepayed but undelivered books had ended up in a store
room somewhere at that company. They seem to have sent out apology letters
to some people but not to all of us!
