My name is Tony Murray, an Irish Ornithologist, just fallen on the
Australian shores. I am a semi-professional ornithologist, having worked for
Birdlife International and it's partners in Britain, Ireland, Israel,
Canada, The West Indies and the Seychelles.
I have just arrived in Australia and I am looking to meet up with Australian
birders, who might be interested in sharing their knowledge of the local
hotspots and their inhabitants. Details of groups and outings would also be
much appreciated.
I am also interested in getting information on pelagic birding, following a
highly successful trip a colleague of mine had.
Currently I am based in Prymont, Sydney.
