G'day all I've just had a request for information on the current state of the salt lakes in the Natimuk-Douglas (Victoria) area. These lakes have been known to hold large numbers of Banded Stilts. The request is from an American chap who plans to visit western Victoria in a few weeks. If anyone knows what the lakes are like at present and what birds are present please let me know and I'll pass the info on. Cheers Steve ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ Steve Clark 45 Carmichael Street, Hamilton, Victoria, Australia 3300 ph 0355 719 048 www.ansonic.com.au/clarks/sw_birds.htm ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ To unsubscribe from this list, please send a message to Include ONLY "unsubscribe birding-aus" in the message body (without the quotes) |
