Hi all ... I am departing for the next month and will be off line during that time. I do hope the koels and other migrants enjoy their trip south. My wife and I will be seeking the Golden Eagle in the Coast-to-Coast Walk across England in that time. Right now I have just witnessed a Pied Currawong facing another with outspread wings that it fluttered as it called. The other fluttered its fanned tail in response. I do not know the outcome. The second bird flew off. The first called twice, then flew in the same direction ...
