Hello all,
A two-day stay in the Blue Mountains next week will be our initiation into travel and birding in Australia.  What are good birding areas?  What walks (1-4 hrs) do you recommend?  Is there a bird list available for that area?

We also would like a bird list for the central Queensland coast.  We'll be staying in a private residence near Agnes Water & 1770 for four days.  Are any of you particularly familiar with that area?

Thanks in advance for any help.  We'd be delighted to return the favor to any of you visiting/birding in Utah, USA.  We have 5 national parks, the Great Salt Lake, mountains and red rock country.
Sincerely,
Deedee & Dick O'Brien; Salt Lake City, Utah
