birding-aus magic or mistral?

I'm confused, some reports of sea-watching from Maroubra are from Magic
Point and others from Mistral. Are both equally good sea-watching spots?
And where are the Lewin's Rails?

The reason for this enquiry is that I may be down in Sydney on Saturday,
and would like to visit this/these legendary spot(s).
