Tony I am surprised you asked "- why else would manufacturers have invested the billions they have into them." I thought you were more sceptical than that. I'll answer it anyway. "Because people buy them because they have been led to believe they need them." My computer is 4WD but as Laurie said, even 4WD is no guarantee that you won't be bogged. Enough! I quit!
