I have observed a pair of Powerful Owls at Blackburn Lake Reserve (SE Melb) over a period of ten years. They weren't there last year? , could have eluded me. The Owls on my patch in Eltham (Melb) have managed to devour all the ringtails, I'm hoping the rodent supply will be sufficient.
