Hi all Ron Dowling reports that if anyone in SE Qld is after some of the ducks most often seen in more western areas, that he, Graham Palmer and John Hadley saw 50-60 Freckled Ducks on Lake Clarendon north-east of Gatton Qld on Sunday. There were also hundreds of Pinkeared Ducks, Australasian Shovellers and Hardheads at various locations in the Gatton area. As well they saw Whitebacked Swallows at Apex Lagoon south of Gatton. Contact me direct if you want more information and I will pass your enquiry onto Ron. Annette Cooke.
