Hi Netters, How about the following birds for the rarities committee? (tongue in cheek). I live 12km west of Sydney. Last Friday while hanging out the washing, a bright all yellow Cockatiel flew in and landed on the laundry roof. On Saturday at Glebe near Sydney a Major Mitchell Cockatoo flew bye, well out of range. On Tuesday in my garden, on hearing a loud parrot sound, went to investigate and found a Rose-ringed Parakeet perched in my Sydney Bluegum. Not your everyday three day birding.
