Richard Was it a Golden Whistler or, as I thought, a Rufous Whistler? Another great show for bird calls was "The Bush Tucker Man". There was invariable a chorus of bird calls in the back ground which often bought back memories of my time in Darwin. I also recall an episode of "The Games" (have I the right title - the send up with John Clarke) where they were involved in a corporate "bonding" course. There was a myriad of bird calls right throughout the episode - Scarlet Honeyeaters, Rufous Whistlers and White-throated Gerygones the notable ones.
