Hi all. The 100th AGM of the South Australian Ornithological Association, the oldest of such in the country, was held on Friday 30th April '99, and we were honoured by a visit and talk by Graham Pizzey. Next morning, no doubt prompted by Graham's talk, I was browsing , yet again, through his latest field guide and found, much to my surprise, that his distribution maps on page 252 for Partridge and Squatter Pigeons, and for Flock Bronzewing all show these species occurring in Tasmania! Fortunately his field notes on the next page don't support this printing error. Cheers. Tony. Tony Russell 08 83375959 e mail: Adelaide South Australia.
