Hi everybody, Maroubra, in Sydney's eastern suburbs about 13 km SSE of the CBD, is currently harbouring a good selection of rails and crakes: at least 6 Lewin's, 2+ Spotless and 2 Buff-bandeds. All have been showing well over the past few days. They are in three swampy areas on the south side of the beach. If anyone wants more precise directions, please mail me. I'll be able to reply on Friday. Rod Gardner To unsubscribe from this list, please send a message to Include ONLY "unsubscribe birding-aus" in the message body (without the quotes) |
