Hi Birders,
Michael asked about the relationship between White Cedars and Red-tailed
Black Cockatoos in northern NSW. The RTBC formerly occurred in northern
coastal NSW south to the Bellinger River. They were visitors to the
Tweed River and Reserve Creek areas until 1975, but there have been no
published records since. They do ofcourse occur in good numbers in north
western NSW, mainly along the Darling River south to Menindee.
