birding-aus Hi Birders, Michael asked about the relationship between White Cedars and Red-tailed Black Cockatoos in northern NSW. The RTBC formerly occurred in northern coastal NSW south to the Bellinger River. They were visitors to the Tweed River and Reserve Creek areas until 1975, but there have been no published records since. They do ofcourse occur in good numbers in north western NSW, mainly along the Darling River south to Menindee.
