birding-aus Just saw an interesting observation and would welcome any comment on similar sightings. We've spent this weekend in Stanthorpe, Southern Qld where we went for the towns annual "Wine lover's lunch!" Fortunately we were fairly sensible about the "tasting" aspect. This morning (14 Feb) I did a bit of filming around the Stanthorpe Golf-Course and saw something rather unusual.....a juvenile Pallid Cuckoo with at least 3 different foster parents! Silvereye(s) White-naped Honeyeater(s) and Yellow-faced Honeyeater. Luckily, I managed to get them all on film taking turns feeding it, hopefully, when I've managed to get the camera working again I'll put together a page with images. Look forward to any comment.
