Hello Birders,
 
Last weekend, my family and I visited the Port Cambell area.  Rufous Bristlebirds were easy to locate in the heath around the parking lot of the Loch Ard Gorge. Some of the birds were very tame and walked along the roadsides or within a few meters of us while I "squeaked".  Blue-winged Parrots were also numerous and a single Southern Emu-Wren was briefly sighted.
