birding-aus Alan You can always be relied upon to supply excellent and succinct details of bird distributions in NSW. I notice that you refer to the NPWS Wildlife Atlas and the NSW Atlas data. Is that trusty old volume Morris, McGill & Holmes still relevant? I refer to it regularly. In it's time, I think it was (still is?) an excellent piece of work outlining distributions of birds in NSW.
