A very quiet January trip with somewhat sloppy conditions making it
uncomfortable for some. Everyone was predicting a great trip given the
overcast conditions and the cyclonic weather well to the North. A good
soaking of rain for breakfast woke everyone up. Highlights though
included a very cooperative Buller's Shearwater and some distant Long
tailed Jaegers.
