Is there anyone on line that managed to see the Little Ringed Plover in WA (Lake Bibra S of Perth) earlier this month or late last year? The Birds Australia Rarities Committee (BARC) is already in receipt of a submission from Frank O'Connor. However it would be great if we could obtain a written description, or even better a photograph from a second observer. Please contact me directly if you have or know anyone that would be able to assist.
