For information The IUCN and Wetlands International have an interesting threatened waterfowl (of the world) website that may be of interest to the list. It can be accessed at the following address: http://www.greenchannel.com/wwt/research/publications/twsg/ The Recherche Cape Barren Goose (Cereopsis novaehollandiae grisea), Freckled Duck (Stictonetta naevosa) and (strangely?) Black Duck (Anas superciliosa) are all on the groups list of threatened waterfowl for Australia.
