Beautiful Firetails can be seen along the walking track from the carpark at Whisky Beach to the beach. Loiter around the section of track passing through the dense swampy treeless heath. What do you mean by 'recent records' of Eastern Bristlebird? There are no confirmed records east of about Marlo. I am going there this weekend and am interested to know. Also any suggestions for good birding spots (especially with good chances of seeing Beautiful Firetail)? email: |
