There were three teams in the Atherton-Cairns region for this years twitchathon. results as follows Stoned Curlews - Ian Sinclair and Mark Newton who saw 166 species The Fledglings - Jan England, John Clarkson and Darlene Kneed who saw 173 species Ruff Red Knots - Keith and Lindsay Fisher, Graham Harrington and Jon Nott who saw 191 species We all had fun and raised lots of money which is going towards providing interpretive material in a Bird Hide to be built at Hasties Swamp at Atherton.
