its a question of survival I think.
My brother is coming to visit me and we are planning to go to North
Queensland in early January, to go diving (for him) and birding (for me).
I would like to know what the conditions will be like up there so that we
can plan accordingly. I have been to Cairns and Atherton and the Daintree
before once so I have an idea of what I didn't see and where I would
like to go this time, but I would appreciate the opinions of other people.
(despite my telling him it will be the rainy season and the box jellyfish
season he still wants to go. and I have a wishlist a mile long.)
Also, does anyone have an idea of where a good place to go spotlighting
for mammals would be...tree kangaroos, cuscus, green ringtail, etc. geckos,
treefrogs even...? does it rain at night which would make that impossible
anyway?
thanks in advance, and good birding,
