Trillers

I noticed Alan Morris (Twitchathon 98) referred to an absence of Trillers
on the NSW Central Coast, which prompts my message.

Here on Queensland's Sunshine Coast, the Varied Triller is resident, but
the White-winged Triller is not. The fact that there have been four
sightings of male White-winged Trillers in breeding plumage within a week,
and not the same individuals, is indeed unusual.

What makes it so curious is that the conditions inland are superb. There is
none of the usual drought which brings dryland birds to our coastal area.
