bird tours in Africa

I'm getting thougths of Africa as the next OS place for me to visit probably
sometime in 2000.

Can anybody recommend to me a company doing brid-tours there?what good/bad
experiences have people had with various companies? I suggest replying
direct to me, rather than to the group.
