I attach a bird list relating to a stay at Pandurra, 35 kms west of Port Augusta on the Eyre Highway. This is a huge station, beautifully managed and they run a camping/caravan/shearers quarters type accomodation facility. Meals are taken with the family in the camping area and whilst fairly basic are good value. We had a full day guided tour, 110kms, with Peter Langdon and only saw a miniscule part of the property but as the list shows there were some "quality" sightings and Peter was excellent company. Highly commended for birds and the experience of a very well run station. This was on the way to Coober Pedy and a trip across the Great Victoria Desert and great sightings of Scarlet-chested Parrots. Howard Plowright.
