Highlights from twice-weekly Canberra Ornithologists' Group (COG) hotline,
for fortnight ending 10 July (some reports are of earlier obs).

GLOSSY BLACK-COCKIES 2 (30/6) & 7 (3/7) on suburban Mt Majura

YELLOW-RUMPED THORNBILL 3/7 carrying nesting material!

WHITE-NAPED, FUSCOUS, YELLOW-FACED HONEYEATERS [all usually total
migrants]; regular suburban reports

GREY BUTCHERBIRD 8/8 immature killed sparrow in suburban Melba
garden, then chased off by Willie Wagtail [this is a VERY uncommon suburban
