Pat Regent Honeyeaters have been at Chiltern NP for a few weeks - probably about 30 birds. Try Frogs Hollow or the dam on Greenhill Road east of the transmission lines. They have been at these 2 sites early in the morning and at dusk. Please check carefully for bands as 16 were colour-banded a fortnight ago. Best wishes Peter Menkhorst "Pat O'Malley" <> on 25/05/98 10:06:31 AM To: cc: (bcc: Peter Menkhorst/NRE) Subject: RFI Chiltern Could anyone who has been to Chiltern recently advise on how things stand now? Reports from a week or two back indicated no blossoms and no birds. Have the Regent HE's arrived? Many thanks in advance.
