G'day All, Having just noticed the thread about unsubscribing from Birding-Aus due to quantity and quality, I would like to add my tuppeny worth. I also subscribe to UKbirdnet, BIRDCHAT (US) and SABirdnet South Africa and if you saw some of the infantile twitching threads on the first, waffle on the second and technical problems on the third you would soon realise that we have, by far the best birding mailing-list of the four....most messages are not churlish and in the main interesting and useful.......although I never did get to see the Blue Rock Thrush or Grey Wagtail! Regards, Tom Tarrant Dayboro, Qld |
