An immature Silver Gull with a band of bright green dye across the belly was present at Buffalo Creek, Darwin, this evening (26/3/98). If anyone knows where I should pass on this sighting I'd appreciate if you let me know. Or, if you can give me any details of when and where and by whom the bird was marked I'd be much appreciative as well. The Black-headed Gull was also there again.
