Hi John

This is a nice book; if a bit strangely formatted.  Another point of
view on the NHBS issue is that the Wallacea book is actually an
Australian production (Dove Publ., Brisbane), and for some time NHBS
couldn't even get hold of it, though it was quite easily available here.
Pre-publication cost was only 50-odd dollars Australian as I recall.
